Why do you have to pay for the first night of your stay?

- According to the rules of the Hotels all guests have to make a payment for the first night of stay as a guarantee of their arrival.  

What to do if I want to cancel my reservation?

- You can cancel your reservation 48 hours before the date of arrival and get your prepayment back in full. But if you inform the Hotel later than this term you will not get the prepayment back, because it will be difficult for the Hotel to sell the room in a short space of time. For example, your arrival date is the 20^th of April, you can cancel your reservation until 23:59 on the 17^th of April. If you have paid for the total amount for your stay you will get the total prepayment with the exception of the amount for the first night of stay.

How can I pay for the first night of stay?

- After the reservation confirmation per e-mail you will get a receipt form that you can pay in any bank of Russia. You can pay with your credit card; you have to show your credit card on arrival. If you are in Moscow you can pay by cash on arrival to the Hotel.

Can I pay as a juridical person?

- The difference of the procedure of payment by juridical persons from the payment by natural persons consists in the matter that the juridical persons pay the total amount of stay. The cancelation policy is the same as for natural persons.

What to do if I cannot make the prepayment?

- Your reservation will have the status not guaranteed. It means that the room can be sold to any guest who can make the prepayment. If you make your booking by telephone for tomorrow, you have to give the manager your telephone number and the manager will contact you in case of selling the room.

Some additional details:

• Check-in-time is 1 p.m. Check-out-time is 11 a.m.
• Please have a copy or the original of the payment document by checking-in. In case of need we will provide you all needed documents for the accounting department on your arrival.
• All rooms in all Hotels are non-smoking rooms
• The minimum age of alone travelling guest of the Hotels is 18 years.
• Hotels Orange are private hotels. The reservation might be refused to you without any reason explanation. In this case the Hotels returns you the total prepayment.
